Entering the industry in 2002, my passion is educating my clients about the options that they have available now, and enlightening them to the possibilities that they have in the future.
Holding a Bachelor in Education and a Diploma of Financial Services, I have the core philosophy to leave each client in an improved position as a result of my involvement. I achieve this by working to identify their current needs, ensuring that a suitable finance solution is recommended and achieved, with ongoing review and flexibility to complement any changing circumstances in my client’s future.
My role as Finance Manager involves hands-on responsibility from the very first meeting, all the way to settlement and beyond. My relationship with my clients sees me involved in the structuring of lending, policy and interest rate negotiations with lenders, and liaising with solicitors to ensure settlements occur on time and without undue stress to my clients.
The most rewarding outcome of my involvement is seeing my client’s dreams and ambitions become a reality. This could be the purchase of their first home, their third investment property or simply a new car to fit a growing family. I don’t sell products to my clients, rather I provide them the confidence to make decisions as their trusted advisor.
